Testing Process

The testing process of a Chiropractic Mattress?

STEP 1

Mattress is "Performance Tested" by Sleepmaker Product Development Team.

STEP 2

Mattress is shipped to the Chiro. The beds are tested for up to several months before an evaluation is made of the bed’s performance and suitability for the Sleepmaker Chiropractic Collection. As part of this process the CAA provides feedback and submits any changes required to achieve approval. These are then incorporated into the final design.

A thorough checklist of items is evaluated as part of the process. These include;

  • Does the bed maintain correct spinal alignment?
  • Does the bed provide complete support for your body?
  • Does the bed feature extra edge support?
  • Is the bed easy to manoeuvre where necessary?
  • Does the bed work in unison with a high quality postural pillow?
  • Does it have minimal body impressions over time? (less than 35mm)
  • Does it minimise partner disturbance?
  • Is it also suitable for children?
  • Does it easily accommodate sheeting?
  • Does it help avoid morning back ache?
  • Is the bed available in a variety of densities for choice?

STEP 3

Based on feedback and changes from the CAA "Sleep Testers," mattress is approved for final design and becomes part of the Sleepmanker Chiropractic Collection.
