Sleepy's use independent contractors for delivery services to our customers and during this time we want to support these small business owners and our customers to ensure safety for all. This may mean some interruptions to our normal delivery service and Free Old Mattress Removal which will be based on advice obtained from the Australian Government and the precautionary measures our delivery contractors determine necessary. If you are purchasing in one of our Sleepy’s showrooms or online, our staff will confirm the current status and keep you updated until your order has been delivered. If you are unable to accept the delivery due to illness or quarantine, you can arrange an alternative delivery time with the store. As people continue to fill their schedules with commitments from work, family and friends our free time for shopping for items such as a new bed, can occasionally be pushed down the priority list. To provide some flexibility, some of our Sleepy's showrooms are able to offer in store appointments by request.
During this time, we would like to extend this offer to include 'normal' opening times and make these appointments private for you. If you would prefer to be expertly fitted to your new mattress respecting your space, at your pace and in your time, take advantage of our private appointment service which is available in select showrooms.

The staff at Sleepy’s have been excellent and are extremely knowledgable about mattress stock. We got exactly the right bed and base for us, not to meet a sales quota or because we were pushed into a sale. We were supported in selecting accessories such as pillows and protectors for the bed, and we were happy to support such a lovely company by spending just a little bit extra.

I want to comment on how happy my mother and I felt after shopping at Sleepy’s at the Canberra Outlet Centre, Fyshwick, ACT and meeting the nice staff there. My elderly mother needed two mattresses – one in only a few days as a guest was arriving. Sleepy’s was wonderful because it was open for 30-60 minutes after other stores in Fyshwick had closed, and, contrary to other stores, it had suitable mattresses immediately available. The guest’s mattress arrived on time. As the second mattress was only available after about two weeks, they offered that it would be brought to my mother’s without any charge. They were professional and amiable. We highly recommend that store! Thank you.
